Cesca Therapeutics Expands CAR-TXpress™ Intellectual Property Portfolio with Filing of New Patent Covering Cell Activation & Transduction

(“Cesca”) (NASDAQ:KOOL), a market leader in automated cell processing and point-of-care, autologous cell-based therapies, today announced that the Company’s device subsidiary, ThermoGenesis Corp., has filed a patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a method of further simplifying the processes of T-cell activation and transduction within the company’s proprietary CAR-TXpress workflow.
